Hi everyone,
WE HAVE BEEN SO BUSY! We do a lot with our exchange student and with other famlies hosting as well. We have become best buddies with some of our neighbors from down the street and literally see each other 2 or 3 times a day. Jamie and I work for a company called Scentsy. It sells wickless candles. You have a candle warmer and some scents (wax) that will melt at a low temperature and only works with a scentsy warmer (They can be dangerious if you put in another warmer and they get too hot!).
We went with some friends swing dancing and I realized that if I want Joe to be able to throw me then i'm going to have to work harder at losing weight! AHH! I already go to the gym for an hour a day! It was a lot of fun though because our students have never been. We went with the famlies in our area that are also hosting and we had my mom babysit for the night. We got to babysit the cutest puppy the other night her name is "Dizzy" atleast that is what we call her.
Joe and I took Mi and Zoey down to meet Joe's family on sunday. It was nice to be able to make it down there. The only reason we were able to go is because Joe's parents paid for the gass. We are really trying to be frugal on what we spend and hopefully we will be able to save more.
Maki (Jamie and Landon's student) is very funny. I'm glad that Miko has a lot of friends and some that live by us! Miko speaks English very well! Maki wants us to hook her up with a cute American boy. We are so excited to go to Tidsale, UT with the Buie famliy for the 4th of July. (I hope we can atleast). Okay enough babbeling... I forget that no matter how late I want to sleep in Zoey always wakes up at the same time.
Zoey has started taking swimming lessons. There are only 2 students total in the whole class and the other one is a 2 year old girl that comes with her father. Zoey LOVES the water and LOVES to splash and float with my help. Tomorrow we have to "show off" because my mom and Joe are going to come and watch the lesson. By the end of the lesson Zoey should be able to do a back float by herself. The class is for 6 months - toddler age. ITS LOTS OF FUN!
