United States Postal Service
We have had a lot of issues with shipping lately. If it isn't the United States Postal Service then it is the companies not shipping the product on time! What is it with people and poor customer service? Have people forgotten the real meaning of "the customer is always right"? I know I know that i'm complaining but come on! I ordered The Man Who Knew Too Little for Joe on E-bay on December 8, 2008. We still haven't gotten it! Yeah and I have even called the company about it and they supposedly sent another one at the beginning of the month and we haven't gotten that one either. I checked the tracking number they gave me and it is faulty! DON'T ORDER FROM WHITE ELEPHANT MEDIA OFF OF EBAY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Oh my goodness. I'm sorry to hear about the postal services there. Let me tell you...it doesn't get any easier in Colorado either. That is where we are living. We're in Eagle Colorado. It's about 15 minutes from Vail. Anyways, that really does suck that you haven't gotten your movie yet. I hope that you get it soon. Those postal people really dont care when you get your packages. it's annoying. We've been having problems here with "This" post office too. Hope it gets better for ya!
